Jennifer Batol

Jennifer started her dancing career at the tender age of 5. She performed with many dance studios in her younger years and captained her dance team in high school. Jennifer knew she wanted to make a life out of dance and enrolled in the dance program at Roger Williams University. There she studied modern, tap, jazz and ballet dance. She traveled to London, England in her junior year to study dance and theater.

After graduating she answered an ad in a local newspaper for a ballroom dance instructor. When she walked through the doors of the Fred Astaire Dance Studio, she knew this would be her home. There, Jennifer received her training in ballroom and latin dances and the skill to teach these dances to students of all ages and levels.

Jennifer decided to take her career to the next level and learned the business side of running a dance studio. Jennifer and her partner opened the Fred Astaire Dance Studio of Belmont in December of 2002. There she shared her love for dance with a community of people that followed her and her team to regional and national competitions. She has competed in both professional and pro-am competitions over the years and has helped many that share the same passion for dance build a business and career.

Since moving to Falmouth, Jennifer has sold her Belmont location and is focused on taking care of her four children.
