Class will combine Hatha yoga with energy medicine yoga techniques. It is designed to be done sitting on chairs, but for those who are more mobile some of the postures can be done standing or lying down. Appropriate for both beginners and more advanced practitioners who will get relief from stress and pain and feel both energized and calm after the session. Please bring a blanket and a yoga mat if you plan to do standing or lying down postures.
Instructor Gunjan Laborde is a vibrant aging expert, helping young at heart people who are feeling somewhat stuck, to loosen up, lighten up, and live it up. She has been teaching yoga for more than 50 years and is also a certified EFT coach. She is now studying energy medicine yoga and orthopedic yoga so that she can better serve her students.
