Kim Benton

Kim Benton has a passion for using music and rhythm to create fun, easy-to-follow and effective choreographed fitness classes. 

Kim’s background includes being a member of dance teams throughout her childhood and teen years, and coaching multiple dance teams.  Her instruction experience includes aerobics, water aerobics, Zumba Fitness, country line dancing, and pop line dancing. 

Kim believes even those who say they have no coordination can find their rhythm, and she invites you to give a music-and-movement class a try as a part of your health, fitness, and happiness journey.”  Kim holds current certifications in Zumba and has taught fitness classes since 2009 full time.
